RECIPE REVIEWS
“The 4th Discipline" cookbook is a must have for triathletes of all levels. It is recipe after recipe of tasty, wholesome, nutrition rich food that helps fuel every workout. As a bonus for me, a mother of two preteen boys, I know how important nutrition is during this time of development for their bodies and even my picky eater, eats these meals, which is the best win of all in my mind! When people ask me what the hardest part of the three disciplines in triathlon is, I tell them nutrition. This cookbook helps fill the gap between killing a workout session and having it kill me!”

“Our family loves Fueling Fearlessly! Krista makes balancing meals very easy. She has opened our eyes to food being fuel for our engine; the better the fuel, the better the engine runs. We try 2 to 3 new recipes a week. They are super easy to make, and they have all turned out delicious. She has expanded our palate, it’s been a lot of fun to add new dishes into the rotation. I love how many vegetables she sneaks into each recipe. I thought we were consuming enough greens, but since starting her meal plan, I realize there is always a way to get some more in there and still be delicious!”
