Appointment Scheduling:

To schedule an appointment use the contact form to let Krista know of your interest. You can expect to receive an email from the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system she uses called Healthie. Sign into your web account and fill out the intake forms. Once those are completed you can purchase a credit to schedule an appointment during an available time slot.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

As a courtesy, please notify Krista at least 24 hours in advance if you will be unable to keep your scheduled appointment.
